VEGETABLE BURGER

I'm not going to explain what a vegetable burger is. Everyone is aware of it, lol! But I'll tell you what it's made of and how to make it quickly. The veg burger contains a patty made up of vegetables, mainly potatoes. Who doesn't enjoy mashed potatoes? what we notice typical veggie burgers with mashed potatoes and a variety of additional vegetables. However, there are a variety of veg patties available, including whole grain, legume, and jack fruit patties. It contains nutritional facts as well, as it is mostly a garden of vegetables, but it also contains fats. Don't be alarmed; there isn't much to it. It's all about the cheese and buns on our burgers. We can use fresh cabbage leaves instead of buns for a healthier choice while still enjoying the burger. Some people prefer gluten-free buns, while others prefer whole grain buns.

I don't have to keep you waiting by giving you a burger essay. Let's get started with the recipe.

HOW TO MAKE?

This is a tried-and-true home recipe, so it has a fresh flavor. Every vegetable I use is either inexpensive or readily available on the market. My goal is to share my recipes, and the ingredients should be readily available to everyone. Let's get this party started.

RECIPE

1. Peel and smash the potatoes after boiling them. To the pan add 3 tbsp. of oil and add onion. Then add the chopped garlic and green chilies and cook until the raw scent disappears.

2.  Then we add the diced carrots and mashed potatoes to this and mix for a few minutes.

3. Now, toss in all of the spices and stir thoroughly. When adding the spices, keep the flame low so the  spices don't burn. then season with salt to taste.

4.  After then, switch off the flame and wait a few minutes for it to cool. You may always choose how spicy you want your food to be.

5.  Using a tiny portion of the mixture, form a patty and set aside. Now pour some oil into the frying pan and heat it up. In the meantime, make a paste using the flour. It should be a thick, not watery consistency.

6.  Deep fry the patties after dipping them in the flour and patting them with bread crumbs. Make sure the patties don't break because there's a good risk they will. as a result, handle with caution.

7. To make the sauces, combine equal parts tomato ketchup and mayonnaise and stir thoroughly. The crimson sauce for your burger is ready. Grind the coriander leaves and combine with an equal quantity of mayonnaise to make the green sauce. season with a sprinkle of black pepper.

8. Now it's time to put the finishing touches on the burger. One bun should be split in half in the middle and toasted with a scoop of butter.

9.  Spread the red sauce on the bottom bun and top it with a slice of cabbage or lettuce. The fried patties are then placed on top of the cheese. We keep sliced cucumber, tomatoes, and a smidgeon of red sauce atop the cheese.

10. Finally, we sprinkle the green sauce on top of the top bun and continue with the rest of the toppings. Gently press the top sliced bun to squeeze out the sauces.

11.  Fresh, flavorful burgers made at home are ready to eat. It's very simple, and I believe you can prepare it in about an hour. It's nutritious, savory, and delectable.

You can skip the cheese and shallow fry the patties instead of deep frying them for a healthier option. With a cup of chai (tea), coffee, or coke, enjoy the burgers. can also be used for Thanksgiving burgers and weekend get-togethers.
