TENDER COCONUT SHAKE

Is it possible to get a juice? a nice, refreshing juice to quench your thirst? Yes! I feel this juice not only refreshes you, but also your health and mind. We're familiar with coconuts, and we're also familiar with soft coconuts. Coconuts that are tender are hard to come by in local marketplaces. Although it appears to originate from several locations, if you have your own coconut trees at home, why not give it a try? That, after all, would be the ideal drink to have at any moment. I don't need to teach you about the nutritional facts because I presume you already know about the nutritional details of conventional coconuts; similarly, you may incorporate these tender coconut drinks into your diet. Let's create some refreshing drinks.

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED

I would recommend putting the sensitive coconut flesh and its water in the fridge for an hour before starting to make the drink. It should be chilled to the point that you can extract a thick juice from it. Also, be careful when cutting the sensitive coconuts; don't cut your hands in the process. First and foremost, safety :)

INGREDIENTS

Tender coconut – 1 cup

Tender coconut water – ½ cup

Milk (of any choice plant based or cow milk) – ¼ cup

Sugar – 4 tbsp

Cardamom – 3 to 4

Ginger – 1 tsp

Vanilla essence – ½ tsp

TO PREPARE

1.     Place the chilled flesh of a chilled delicate coconut in a blender. Add the tender coconut water and grind it.

2.     Next, ¼ cup of milk, cardamom seeds, sugar and chopped ginger and blend it again. Allow it to ground well so that no lumps remain.

3.     Your freshly squeezed juice is now ready to be served in a lovely glass of your choice. If you want it to be creamier, add two to three scoops of vanilla ice cream.

To make a healthier choice, leave off the sugar and use low-fat milk. You can always choose a plant-based milk of your choosing. This is best served in the summer, and also after a good finger-licking meal :p.
